OMB proudly introduces a new service offering diagnostic OB/GYN ultrasounds led by our ARDMS registered sonographer. With over a decade of experience in a maternal fetal clinic, our sonographer brings a wealth of expertise in this specialized field.
Our mission at OMB is to provide comprehensive, top-tier ultrasound services that prioritize accuracy, professionalism, and the utmost care for our clients. We aim to deliver exceptional diagnostic quality, ensuring precise and reliable results while fostering an environment of trust and confidence for every patient.
All diagnostic imaging exams are read by a Board Certified Radiologist, and reports are generally available within
24 hours.
Services are self-pay only. We do not accept any insurance plans.
Self-pay options may appeal to families without insurance, with high-deductible insurance, or those who simply prefer to avoid hospital settings. Itemized receipts are available for submission for reimbursement to your insurance company (reimbursement is not guaranteed!). We do accept HSA/FSA.
Our diagnostic exams are very thorough and adhere strictly to the guidelines set forth by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM).
Registered through ARDMS since 2011. Registries include OBGYN, Fetal Echocardiography, and Abdomen.
Certified in Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, and CLEAR.

Ultrasound Services
OB 1st Trimester

6-14 weeks pregnant

Evaluate baby, uterus and ovaries

Establishes Due Date

Evaluates Uterine Pregnancy and Survey for Ectopic Pregnancy

Both Transabdominal and/or Transvaginal
OB 2nd or 3rd Trimester (Anatomy Scan)

19-24 weeks is ideal (Later Gestational Age Possible but can be more limited visualization)

Detailed survey of fetal position, organs, spine, placenta, heart-rate, AFI, and measurements for growth and estimated weight

Gender determination if requested
OB Follow-Up

Follow-up any specific anatomy not visualized during previous scan or recommended to receive follow-up.

Evaluates fetal heart-rate, fetal and placental position, and AFI measurement.

Fetal Measurements and estimated fetal weight not included. (OB Follow-up includes this)
Fetal Biophysical Profile (BPP)

3rd trimester ultrasound to assess fetal well-being

Score out of 8 will be given based on fetal breathing (2), fine (2) and gross (2) movements, and a 2cm pocket of amniotic fluid present (2).
